Ziphay provides a browser-based file compression and upscaling platform. Core features operate entirely client-side in your browser. Future Pro features may involve server-side processing, governed by separate agreements.
The free tier of Ziphay is provided at no cost, subject to the following fair-use limitations: file size up to 50 MB per file, up to 10 compressions per day. These limits are subject to change. Use of the service for commercial purposes at scale requires a Pro or Enterprise subscription.
You agree not to use Ziphay to: (a) process files containing illegal content; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any part of the Service; (c) use automated tools to abuse the Service at scale; (d) misrepresent the Service or impersonate Ziphay.
All Ziphay source code, UI design, branding, and content is the intellectual property of Abhay Donde and is protected under applicable copyright law. You retain full ownership of any files you process through Ziphay. We claim no rights over your content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ziphay, including loss of data.
Your use of Ziphay is subject to our Privacy Policy. Files processed client-side are never transmitted to our servers.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected in the Changelog. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
