Ziphay AI provides a browser-based and desktop file compression, format conversion, and image enhancement platform. Core features operate entirely client-side on your local device. Future Pro features may involve server-side processing, governed by separate agreements.
The free tier of Ziphay AI is provided at no cost, subject to fair-use guidelines. Batch processing and on-device compression run locally without artificial watermarks. Use of the service for commercial purposes at enterprise scale may require custom licensing.
You agree not to use Ziphay AI to: (a) process files containing illegal content; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any part of the Service; (c) use automated tools to abuse the Service; (d) misrepresent the Service or impersonate Ziphay AI.
All Ziphay AI source code, UI design, branding, and content is the intellectual property of Abhay Sachin Donde and is protected under applicable copyright law. You retain full ownership of any files you process through Ziphay AI. We claim no rights over your content.
Ziphay AI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The Developer does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Use of the service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Ziphay AI, including loss of data.
Your use of Ziphay AI is subject to our Privacy Policy. Files processed client-side or on your local computer are never transmitted to our servers.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be reflected in the Changelog. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Nashik, Maharashtra.
